To  oversee  the  prosperity  of  a  country,  the  impact  of  education  is  an  indispensable prime  factor,  and education which urges the government for giving proper guidelines  and directions to improve the standard of living to its people  at an enhanced level in all respect. In the 21st century, education is essential for survival hood. As Nelson Mandela said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can change the world.”

Life  without  education  is  discarded  land. Men  and  Women  can  attain  the  academic  aptitude, mind purity only through proper education, and the long term financial enlargement, communal solidity, wellbeing and employment of society are possible only through education; hence the education is called a powerful agent/weapon of society, and while denying it, it directs  the way to pass  on  poverty  as  of  generation to generation.  Hence providing quality education to all children that assist to lessen poverty and uphold peace, promote progress in society. In addition, education is an essential input apparatus for society, because it gives a prosperous evolutionary development environment for the society. Hence the awareness of education increase gradually amid people which leads the government has to bestow in education more than ever ahead of.

Hence,  the  researcher/author of this manuscript  collected  the  necessary information  from  secondary  data (internet  sources)  through  qualitative  research,  further  by  descriptive  method  researcher  by himself participated to collect needful information from several respondents through informal interviews and also observed various mass media educational programs for structuring this manuscript. Besides, it may be either formal education or informal education which can profile an individual life in classroom & outside and the education with superior quality constructs a fine base for a booming career. And In order to improve admirable knowledge through well-thinking skill for facing unfamiliar situations with open mind there is necessary for well-framed education/ “a good Education".

Hence, nowadays the several educationalists try to attempt for developing the curricula bases on research  and  data  for  the  development  of  the  lesson  plan,  teaching  approaches     through the developmental “psychology and behavioral science”. Because education plays a vital role in the life of an individual, and the learning through education is a never-ending process, in addition, it leads to eventual strategic to triumph. In addition to currently numerous deliberations which have been focusing on “how much info is to be tailored to class at “huge vs discrete” students, in what way to assimilate know-how into the classroom. The  role  of  effectiveness  of  particular  teachers  and  their  teaching  methods  which  are completely  depend  on  student’s  strengths  &  weakness,  culture,  personal  backgrounds,  age  of students and learning interest.

Moreover, the education system in some developed countries is widely varied based on their culture and race. In Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan the education system is based on memorizing and constructing the student's study till their last breath. But in France, the education system is also towards memorizing, however, it is not as like as Asian countries. On the other hand, in other western countries have “critical thinking based education system”,  the students are more engaged in classes and allowed to ask questions in classes for trying to get the logic behind a theory. Hence western countries' education systems are less rigidity than developing countries.

Whereas in developing countries, education can develop economic consequences/outcomes of citizens. It  governs  the  forecasts  for the future  generation  .However  accomplishing these goals is very complicated, though the policymaker has been implementing several processes to increase admittance to education nevertheless the outcomes are assorted. Hence there is an immense need for the proper educational policy.

And the  educational policy is  principles  and  government  policymaking  in the educational  area, including an assortment of laws and rules which administer the maneuver of the education system, and it  arises  through  numerous  educational  institutions  in  several  forms  such  as  child  hood education, kinder garden to 12th grade, colleges/universities educations including professional education, job training, and adult education. Hence the education policy affects all age people directly,  and  the  analysis  of  educational  policy  is  study  of  academic  to  the educational policy. And so, the objective of the educational policy generally designs to attain success through methods, tools of education.

Nevertheless after break down of the Covid-19 pandemic since November 2019, the education structure is utterly collapsed all over the world in order to save the students from the Covid-19, and “the virtual classes “which are conducting through Zoom (cloud-based peer to peer software platform–Wikipedia), Google meet (App–Video conference software) and Microsoft team (evolution &upgrade path from Microsoft Skype for business–Wikipedia). An account of there is no alternative ways to continue studies by students, several education institutions using modern  software  technologies though  students  have  some  physical  &  mental issues. However  in  most  of  the  European  countries  accept  the  virtual  learning  education  rather  than Southeast  Asian  countries,  several  African  countries  dislike  it,  and  like  the  traditional  off learning compound education wherein the students/participants need to go to colleges whereas online learning has more stretchy erudition.

As   the  evolution  of  contemporary  technology  swiftly,  there  is  revolutionize  in  teaching  that focuses mainly    on modern education wherein the   teachers teach about Mathematics, language skills, Technology, and science to students, but  in the  traditional education students are being taught in relation to religion, rituals,  and customs. As well,  whatever it may be whether the education may be formal or informal, on certain extents, the teachers  schooling  is  most  important  to  the  students  for  learning  the  fundamental/  essential concepts,  since  the  teachers  fashion  the  students’  education  through  their  method  of  teaching creating the next generation in vivid mode. Further, it concludes that, As Abdul Khalm said, “Educationists should build the capacities of the spirit of inquiry, creativity, entrepreneurial and moral leadership among students and became a role model”.

Therefore, due to the emergent of education as big business, the standard of education is gradually step down, as a result, it is indispensable for the firm “Statutory Governing Body” exclusive of political intervention at every country to framework the educational policy for implementation, and it is obligatory to occupy the governing body by additional high-quality experts/ specialists rather generalists.

Thus, it is in the hand of rulers of nations through they are well framing the educational policies keeping environmental & emotional quotients, proper implementation, and execution; they can build their youths for structure nations in a good manner.
